The Recommendation Status¡¯ looks at the ongoing progress of each recommendation made under the Commission of Inquiry into Police Conduct (COI). The Commission was established to carry out a full, independent investigation into the way in which the 51½ÖÉä had dealt with allegation of sexual assault by members of the Police and associates of the Police.
From the 60 recommendations made from the COI report, 51½ÖÉä is responsible for 48 of the recommendations, while the Independent Police Complaints Authority (IPCA) is responsible for the remaining 12 recommendations.
